When Lindsay Lohan isn’t out shopping with her shiny mannequin friend, lately she’s hanging out with stiffs in the morgue.  As part of her DUI plea bargain, she has to spend two days playing CSI to understand the seriousness of life and death.

After she’s done that she has to complete two working days in an emergency room. Can you imagine being one of her patients?  Hope she wears gloves!

Talentless actress Lindsay Lohan is trying to bang out another album and rescue her career from her own idiocy.  Fortunately for us, she’s hired Britney Spears’ own music producer, J.R. Lindsay Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail of her 24 hour sentence for drunk driving.  Why you ask?  Overcrowding they say.

Lohan was released at 11:54 a.m. Her original daylong sentence was reduced because she met criteria that took into account overcrowding at the lockup and the fact that her crime was nonviolent, Whitmore said.

Did the celebrity receive special treatment?

"Absolutely not. This is what we do for most everybody in this position," Whitmore said. In fact, 30 to 50 women are granted early releases from the facility every day, he added.

I totally understand how now that Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab she wants to feel free.  What better way than to go out in public without a bra?  Lindsay, shpwing us your goodies doesn’t count towards your public service hours…

Lindsay Lohan is now officially free from rehab, and it seems she’s unofficially free from wearing a bra these days, too.

The trying-not-to-be-bad girl was spotted out and about at L.A.’s You and Me restaurant last Thursday evening sporting a sexy see-through black dress and no cotton coverings for her "chilly" top half.

Well, it seems like you can take the girl out of the naughtiness, but you can’t take the naughtiness out of the girl…Source

Lindsay Lohan has checked out of the exclusive Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah, where she has been since August, multiple sources, including both of her parents, confirm to PEOPLE.

"She’s finished the program," one source says. "Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay." Read the rest here

Wow, another smooth move by Lindsay Lohan surfacing today.  She emailed Billy Bush from Access Hollywood professing her innocence:

"Yes. I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

So is she saying that when she was "almost hit" by her assistant’s car the drugs were magically thrown into her pocket?  And since when can someone be innocent while driving with a blood alcohol level of .12? 

She’s totally going to jail!  So sad!

Ah, drunk driving while you have an alcohol monitoring device on your ankle PLUS she had cocaine in her pocket!  Way to go Lindsay Lohan!  If this wasn’t a cry out for help, I’m not sure what is.  I really hope she thinks about what she’s doing once she’s behind bars for a longer time than Paris Hilton.

Police spokeswoman Calisse Lindsey said police got a call at 1:34 a.m. PT that a vehicle was chasing another vehicle in a parking lot in Santa Monica. When officers arrived, they found Lohan driving the vehicle that was chasing the other, the spokeswoman said.

The officers smelled alcohol and administered a field sobriety test, which Lohan failed, Lindsey said.

When taken to the police station, the 21-year-old actress registered 0.12 and 0.13 in blood tests for alcohol levels, the spokeswoman said. In California, the legal limit is 0.08, according to the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.

Officers also found a white powdery substance in Lohan’s possession which was determined to be cocaine, Lindsey said.
